Here at the Cooling King, we know that a new air conditioning and heating system for your home is a significant investment.
That is why we take our time to evaluate your entire home. We want to identify baseline issues, previous design flaws, and discuss with you how to make your home as comfortable as possible.

Air Conditioner Replacement
What should you expect when you buy from The Cooling King?
First, a Cooling King certified comfort specialist will evaluate your existing system, and discuss with you at length any issues you’ve had with the system/home.(Hot/cold spots, routine water leaks, etc)
Then your comfort specialist will walk you through your choices of equipment, and thoroughly explain the differences.
There are many options to consider, and it is our job to help you find the correct fit for your home and budget.
If you have questions, we WANT you to ask them.
Some companies entire business model is, “They don’t know any better. Just put a unit in & move on to the next one.” This mindset is what led me to leave a very cushy job at a large company, and start The Cooling King.
As an honest human my philosophy is, an informed homeowner makes our job A LOT easier, and makes the homeowner feel at ease.
On the day of your install, we will arrive promptly in the morning, and begin by taking care of your home. We lay drop cloths throughout the house from entry to your attic/closet access, and we treat your home, like our home.
There will always be a Cooling King representative at hand to answer any questions.
When we are near completion, we will walk you through your new system and it’s accessories.
This includes filter changing instructions, new system features, setting up your new Thermostat, and showing you how to use it. As this is going on, our install crew will be cleaning up any & ALL messes.
At the end of the install, we don’t want any sign we were ever there….Except for the cold air of course.
